Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1.Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Gashing Games ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play our mobile games (the "Games"). It applies to every game published by Gashing Games on Google Play.

We wrote it to match what our Games actually do. It is designed to meet the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Google Play's policies.

2.The short version

  • No accounts. You never sign up, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number or photos.
  • Your progress stays on your device. Levels, stars, coins and settings are saved only on your phone.
  • Ads come from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising ID and IP address to show and measure ads.
  • Analytics and crash reports come from Google Firebase. They help us balance levels and fix bugs.
  • You choose. Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, UK and Switzerland), we ask before any ads or analytics start, and you can change your choice at any time in the game's settings.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

3.Information we collect

3.1 Information stored only on your device

Each Game saves your progress (for example levels reached, stars, coins, unlocked items) and settings (sound, music, vibration) in a file inside the Game's private storage on your device. This file is not sent to us. Deleting the Game, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes it.

3.2 Information collected automatically by the services we use

When you play, the Google services built into our Games (see section 5) may collect:

  • Device identifiers: the Android advertising ID, app set ID and a Firebase app-instance ID.
  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size and app version.
  • Approximate location: estimated from your IP address (country or city level, never precise GPS).
  • Gameplay events: for example level started, completed or failed, time played, boosts used, and when an ad was offered or watched.
  • Ad interactions: which ads were shown and whether they were tapped.
  • Crash and performance data: technical details of a crash, such as the device state and the code location.

3.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or microphone and camera data. Our Games do not ask for these permissions, have no chat, and have no social logins.

3.4 If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you.

3.5 Device permissions

Our Games use only basic Android permissions: internet and network state (to load ads and send analytics), vibration (for haptic feedback, which you can turn off in the game), and the advertising ID permission (for ads, which you can reset or delete in Android settings).

4.How we use information

  • To run the Games: saving your progress and settings on your device.
  • To show ads: ads keep our Games free. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game bonus.
  • To improve the Games: for example finding levels that are too hard, and fixing crashes.
  • To tune the Games without an update: some Games download settings (such as how often ads appear or level tuning) from Firebase Remote Config. This does not identify you.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, for example invalid ad traffic.

5.Third-party services we use

Our Games use the following services. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

If we add another advertising or analytics partner, we will list it here before it goes live in any Game.

  • EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland: when you first open a Game, we show Google's consent message before any ads load or analytics start. You can accept or decline personalised ads and analytics. If you decline, you can still play everything; ads may be non-personalised or limited.
  • US states with privacy laws (such as California): where required, the same message lets you opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
  • Change your mind at any time: open the Game's settings and tap Privacy settings (or Privacy choices).
  • Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact wording depends on your device).
  • Vibration and sound: can be turned off in each Game's settings.

7.In-app purchases

Some Games offer optional purchases, such as removing ads or coin packs. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so the Game can unlock what you bought. Every level can be completed without paying.

8.Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money. Information is shared only:

  • with the service providers listed in section 5, to run ads, analytics, crash reporting and purchases;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our players or the public (for example, to stop fraud);
  • if our studio or a Game is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.

We may share statistics that do not identify anyone, such as "60% of players finished level 10".

9.Retention and deletion

  • On your device: kept until you delete the Game or clear its storage.
  • Firebase Analytics: event data linked to an app-instance ID is kept for 2 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
  • Advertising data: kept by Google according to its own policy.
  • Emails to us: kept only as long as needed to help you.

Because we have no accounts, there is nothing to sign out of or delete on our side. To remove your data, uninstall the Game and reset your advertising ID. You can also email us and we will ask Google to delete analytics data linked to your device where it can be identified.

10.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may also ask what categories of personal information are collected and opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell it, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

We do not hold data that identifies you by name, so most requests are handled through the in-game privacy settings, your Android settings, or Google directly. For anything else, email us (section 15) and we will reply within 30 days.

Legal bases (EU/UK): your consent for personalised ads and analytics where it is required; our legitimate interest in keeping the Games free, working and secure where consent is not required; and performing the service you asked for when saving your progress.

11.Children

Our Games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and ads in our Games are limited to content suitable for general audiences. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Security

Data sent by the services above is encrypted in transit (TLS). Saved progress stays in the Game's private storage, which other apps cannot read. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep our Games and tools up to date and collect as little as possible.

13.International transfers

Google may process information on servers in other countries, including the United States. Google uses safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

14.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our Games change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will also be announced in the Games or on their store pages.
